Hi, I'm Pat Rose. I have been active in Real Estate in many ways since 1980. I began my career as a Paralegal specializing in real estate law and title abstraction. After the birth of my children Colin and Marissa, I became a broker with the Tischler Group in Portsmouth, NH in 1992. In March of 2000, I was able to substantially increase my ability to serve my growing client base by joining my friend Wanda Syphers at her Century 21 - Syphers Realty, also in Portsmouth.

I am a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors and am a licensed Real Estate Broker in New Hampshire and Maine.

Let me know what you are looking for. You can either E-Mail me by selecting this link pat@patrose.com, or you can call me at 603-436-5700 x 26 or toll free at 800-242-9967 x 26! Chances are, I know something that would be just right for you. Whether it be that special new home, vacation get away, or perhaps somewhere to put that business you have always wanted to start, I can help you make it happen!!!

The market is really strong right now! Don't miss out on what could be the opportunity of a lifetime!!!

Q: But how can I be sure that you can really help me? Why should I choose Pat Rose among all of the Realtors in the Seacoast?
A: Well, please consider the following in choosing your Realtor...

Brokerage Services
There are lots of agencies and lots of agents. There are good ones, and- unfortunatley- there are some not so good ones. That is a fact of life, right? So, what do you do? How do you decide on who can address your needs the best?

Well, first of all you need to look at an agent's experience and knowledge of the industry. Not only do I have a long and successful track record, but I have done all of the component parts of the real estate business:

    • Since 1980
      • Legal Secretary
      • Paraleagal
      • Title Abstraction
      • Closing Document Preparation
    • Since 1992
      • Residental Brokerage
      • Multi Family and Commercial Brokerage
      • Residential and Commercial Leasing
      • Property Management

Second, I don't work in a big office where I have to spread myself thin chashing everyone elses work. This means that I can devote my full time, energy, and effort to you and your needs. I live and breath real estate. It is my life, and I am excited to work with each of my clients whether they be sellers or if I am hired as a buyers agent. As a Seacoast MLS member, I have computer access to every listing. But more importantly, I know how to relate to you and your needs to find just the right property for you.

And my husband Peter, the software engineer (and who also has an extensive real estate background), just had to build me a custom computer application that allows me to keep track of your purchase or lease needs. So, when that "just right" home or apartment comes onto the market, I can call and get you in to see it just as soon as possible- before the whole rest of the world has a chance to scoop it up from you! Leasing Services
For the property owner...
Another service that I offer is acting as a Leasing Agent for property owners. Look, I know what you have to go through to rent your property. My husband and I own rental property. We have to respond to the 15 to 20 calls a night. We have to wait around the property for people who never show up for their showing. We do the credit checks, verify employment, all of that stuff. Is that really what you want to do? Let an expert deal with it for you. I've seen it all. I can do all of this for you for as little as a month's rent. So, relax! Give your rental listing to me, and go off on vacation. I'll have it rented for you- with a quality tenant- by the time you get back. And if for any reason the tenant doesn't work out, I'll take care of getting a replacement at no additional fee! How do you beat that? Don't try, because you can't! For the person looking to lease...
I have been doing home, condo, and apartment leasing for a long time. I've even done my share of commercial leasing as well. Because of my reputation, I have built up an extensive network of property owners over the years. I have access to things that you will never see in the paper. I work with clients seeking rentals who do not have the time to chase all of the ads down. We've all seen the result of some of those ads where "...cute 2 bedroom off the park..." really means a third floor walk-up with a tiny window view of a park across the street from where the kids play basketball untill eleven at night. I go and look at every property that I have for lease. I know everything about it. I find out exactly what you want, and if I don't have it- or if I do not feel that it would meet your needs- I will tell you so that neither of us wastes our time. Management Services
If you own rental property, I can take the hassel out of it for you. I have extensive experience in managing all types of property from single family homes to large multi-family dwellings; even condo complexes. In fact, for five years I was President of a 50 unit self managed condominium project.

Our office has an in house staff of professional maintenance personnel scheduled by a full time coordinator. Need an additional light socket put in? No problem. Having problems with a tenant you need to have evicted? No problem. Need the parking lot plowed in the winter or the yard cared for in the summer? No problem. Need a unit carpeted or painted, new appliances purchased and installed, or water damage from a broken pipe cleaned up? No problem. I can manage your property the right way! Technology Services
My husband, Peter has a B.S. degree in physics and has been involved in computers and technology since the 70's and is a Senior Software Engineer. He has been instrumental in constantly moving me into cutting edge technology. I doubt you will find anyone as up to date or conversant in the latest technologies as they apply to real estate as I am. I am set up so that I can do business from anywhere, absolutly anywhere.

My Ford Windstar minivan is a moving office. I have a state of the art laptop computer loaded with all of the software tools you can think of. I have software to produce all the marketing flyers you could ever want. Peter wrote me a specialized software application that lists clients that are either looking for property to purchase or who would sell their property if the right opportunity came along, as well as tracking requests and availability for premimum rentals throughout the entire Seacoast area.

I have an extensive email list of people other agents would die for. I have numerous contacts with banks and mortgage brokers that I constantly keep updated with.

I have a cell phone and an eFax account. I have been involved in real estate for so long that there is little that I am not aware of and can not take advantage of in an instant. Most of my business is done either on the move or when the rest of the agents are at lunch or done for the day.
