Spinnaker Point is a marvelous development just off of the Route 95 Interstate Bridge between New Hampshire and Maine. It contains a huge fieldhouse with indoor running track, outdoor pool, and tennis courts.Different phases of the project have been developed at different times over the years and so there is a nice diversity in the look and feel. The units themselves are spacious and modern.
