I am very familiar with downtown Portsmouth, NH property- I even worked right in the center of downtown for many years. My husband and I have owned several properties in the downtown area and so I have a good feeling for the area.The Rockingham is one of Portsmouth's most historic properties. It houses some of the finest condominiums in the city, as well as home to one of Portsmouth's finest resturants, The Library Resturant.
As you will see from the pictures below, this is an address to envy. From the fine crafted wood decor of the lobby and ballroom common areas, to the exclusive rooftop deck and secluded pool area the Rockingham is one of the areas premier properties.
